Pay: $16.00 - $17.50/hr

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday

As an Order Picker / Cherry Picker Operator, you'll play a key part in supporting daily warehouse operations. You will manage inventory and fulfill customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and safety while working alongside a collaborative team to meet deadlines and maintain smooth workflow.

What You'll Do
As an Order Picker / Cherry Picker Operator, you will be responsible for:
• Selecting and preparing customer orders using RF scanners, pick sheets, or inventory management systems.
• Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring cargo integrity.
• Operating cherry pickers and other warehouse equipment to move products throughout the facility.
• Maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensuring products are stored correctly.
• Keeping the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free to promote safety standards.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed to support team success.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
• At least 6 months of experience operating cherry pickers or similar equipment.
• A minimum of 6 months warehouse or material handling experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more regularly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods.

Location & Schedule:
This on-site position is located at 7350 Young Drive, Walton Hills, Ohio, operating during first shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be available based on operational needs.
