Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist Location: New Prague, Minnesota, United States Contract Details: Full-time As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them improve their mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit physical disabilities. Responsibilities: Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans Implement and monitor treatment plans, including exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic techniques Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue at home Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide progress updates Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferred Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Contract Details: This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. The skilled nursing facility is offering up to $52 per hour for the right candidate. The contract length will be discussed during the interview process.
