Customer Success Manager

We regularly expand our team as our roster of client families grows. As a Customer Success Manager for Your First Scholarship, you will play a critical role in ensuring our families succeed. You’ll manage client onboarding, communication, campaign oversight, and results tracking for up to 250 families. You are the ongoing support system guiding families through the recruiting process, ensuring clarity, momentum, and outcomes. Your First Scholarship’s mission is simple: Help families earn college football scholarships without stress, confusion, or wasted time. We’ve helped families generate 300+ scholarship offers and over $20 million in scholarship value, and we’re only getting started. What We Offer You Clear compensation growth path from $3,200/month → $6,200/month base as you scale your client load Performance bonuses tied to results, testimonials, referrals, and excellence Weekly 1-on-1 training and development Direct interaction with the CEO/Founder A role where excellence is rewarded and career progression is unlimited Requirements Played or coached college football (required) — deep understanding of recruiting Strong communication skills across Slack, Zoom, phone, and written channels Extremely organized with elite attention to detail Ability to work independently, proactively, and manage large client loads Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership role Ability to manage email/DM recruiting campaigns, analyze data, and improve results Consistent, disciplined, and routine‑driven Hungry to grow — personally and professionally High integrity and extreme ownership mindset Sales ability is a plus (written, verbal, and visual communication skills) Responsibilities Client Management & Communication Manage onboarding for all new clients to ensure setup is completed within 7 days Provide ongoing strategic support to families throughout their recruiting journey Conduct weekly check‑ins and monitor client progress Manage red‑flag clients and elevate issues appropriately Maintain organized systems, trackers, and notes at all times Campaign Management Run and optimize email + DM campaigns Maintain a minimum of 0.5 responses per active campaign Analyze metrics, test messaging, and improve performance continuously Team Execution Attend weekly 1-on-1 and team calls prepared with numbers, wins, and projections Submit daily End‑of‑Day report in Slack Maintain clear communication with the Director of Customer Success & CEO Collect 8+ high‑quality testimonials each month Drive 1‑2 closed referrals monthly Support client success to generate high NPS scores Results Average response time: Onboarding completion: NPS score: 8.5+ (bonus at 9.0+) Daily tracking: EOD Report + all systems updated Client load: Manage up to 250 families with excellence Location Fully remote Freedom to work from anywhere while maintaining availability and response times Compensation Base Salary (Client Load Tiers) 0–99 clients: $3,200/month 100–149 clients: $4,200/month 150–199 clients: $5,200/month 200–250 clients: $6,200/month Performance Bonuses Response Time Bonuses: Up to $200/month $50 per written Referrals: $150 per closed referral Total Earnings Potential $45,000–$120,000+ per year depending on client load + bonuses CSMs managing 200–250 clients regularly earn $9,200–$10,200/month Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Industries Sports and Recreation Instruction #J-18808-Ljbffr Your First Scholarship
