About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 3+ years in Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit License: New Hampshire RN license or Compact Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS Active American Heart Association ACLS Must-Have: Experience in Medical/Surgical setting with cardiac monitoring Rural/small facility experience preferred Description: This position requires proficiency in Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit. Travelers must be comfortable working in each specialty. Candidates should be able to work independently and hit the ground running. Previous travel experience is highly preferred. The patient population ranges from newborn to geriatric. The RN/patient ratio is generally 5:1, depending on acuity. Higher acuity Progressive Care Unit patients would be at a ratio of 3:1 or 4:1. Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted upfront. Requests for time off after submission will not be approved. Travelers may not take all holidays off and must work during critical holiday periods. The traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Please include any requests for time off in the profile.
