Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Medical Sales Representative to expand our presence across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.

\n

\n

Direct sales experience within hospitals and healthcare facilities is REQUIRED, preferably in Radiology, Interventional Radiology, Cath Labs, Operating Rooms, or related departments.

\n

\n

The ideal candidate has established relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers, a proven record of developing new business, and the ability to independently manage a multi-state territory.

\n

\n

This role combines new business development, account management, and direct customer engagement to promote our high-quality radiation protection products.

\n

\n

Location Requirement: Candidates must currently reside in Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Michigan. This is a field-based sales position requiring regular in-person customer visits and travel throughout the assigned territory. This is not a remote job.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n

\n
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to generate new business and achieve sales goals.
\n
• Identify opportunities within hospitals, surgery centers, imaging facilities, and other healthcare organizations.
\n
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, radiology professionals, department managers, and purchasing teams.
\n
• Manage existing accounts while actively prospecting and developing new customers.
\n
• Conduct in-person visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and sales follow-ups.
\n
• Promote product benefits, custom solutions, and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
\n
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
\n
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
\n
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
\n
• Organize territory travel and customer visits efficiently to maximize sales opportunities.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n

\n
• Proven experience selling directly to hospitals or healthcare facilities is a MUST.
\n
• Established relationships with hospital professionals and decision-makers are strongly preferred.
\n
• Experience in medical devices, radiation protection, or related healthcare products is highly desirable.
\n
• Strong background in territory management, business development, and account management.
\n
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, cold calling, negotiating, and closing sales.
\n
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
\n
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting.
\n
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory.
\n
• Must currently reside in Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Michigan.
