Desired Qualifications:

• Valid physical therapy license in Arizona
• Previous pediatric or school-based physical therapy experience preferred

• Ability to travel between multiple sites as required
• Knowledge of IEP development and documentation best practices
• Enthusiastic team collaborator, committed to a student-focused approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to a total of eight students dispersed across four campuses (Phoenix, Sun City West, Queen Creek, and Goodyear), averaging approximately 415 minutes per month
• Allocate a weekly schedule of about five hours to encompass direct therapy, travel between sites, and thorough documentation
• Evaluate students and develop customized treatment plans that address their unique needs
• Collaborate closely with teaching staff, school administration, and families to support student progress and integrate physical therapy goals into classroom routines
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Attend team meetings and participate in IEP conferences as required
