About the Role

Inszone University is our paid training and career path program for future insurance professionals. In the first 30 days, you'll be paid to learn the skills necessary to sit for your insurance producer's license. Once licensed, you'll gain hands-on experience in both Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Account Management, and at 90 days you'll branch out into your chosen line of business — beginning a career that can last a lifetime.

What You'll Do

• Provide answers to customer questions, serving as a primary point of contact
• Build long-term relationships with customers through professionalism and accuracy
• Protect the best interests of both clients and insurance company partners
• Follow up on all activities with speed and commitment
• Learn and apply the systems, tools, and processes used across Commercial and Personal Lines

What Success Looks Like

• Producer licensing is obtained within the first 30 days of the program
• Customer inquiries are handled clearly, calmly, and professionally
• Assigned tasks and follow-ups are completed with speed, accuracy, and accountability
• Consistent attendance and reliability during core business hours
• A positive, team-oriented attitude that supports a strong office culture

Qualifications

Required

• No insurance experience necessary — we will train you and pay for your licensing
• Strong multi-tasking ability to manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, calm, and positive verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace
• General computer literacy; familiarity with common systems and navigation
• Reliable, consistent attendance
