Warehouse Associate / Material Handler

Location: Bellingham, MA
Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
Monday-Friday 7:00 AM ~ 3:30 PM

We are seeking dependable and safety-conscious Warehouse Associate / Material Handler to join a growing warehouse team in Bellingham, MA . This is a great opportunity for individuals with warehouse, shipping & receiving, inventory, or material handling experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials, tools, and equipment.

• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations according to company procedures.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, overhead cranes, and other warehouse equipment.

• Transfer materials between warehouse locations and production areas.

• Label and organize inventory accurately.

• Prepare shipping documentation for UPS, LTL, air freight, and other carriers.

• Enter inventory transactions into the warehouse management system.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.

• Follow all OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.

• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping & receiving, or material handling experience preferred.

• Basic computer and data entry skills.

• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required.

• Steel-toe shoes required.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the workday.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

• Willingness to follow all company safety policies and procedures.
