CCLI is looking for an On Call Addiction Treatment Counselor with a generous heart and a desire to contribute to the well-being of others to carry out our mission on Long Island. By joining our team, you will share in the joy of providing "care with dignity and life with hope." Responsibilities:- Conduct individual and group sessions, provide psycho-education to clients, screen and assess clients, offer treatment planning and discharge planning.
- Perform intake and admission activities for clients accepted for admission based on the regulations of the OASAS Part 820.
- Maintain client chart documentation.
- Provide client education on medication assisted treatment and Narcan administration.
- Complete all regulatory reporting as per the OASAS Part 820, following admissions and discharge policies
- For CASAC: oversee CASAC trainees and CASAC-T Trainee Interns, and review program
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate's a plus.
- Must have CASAC or CASAC-T.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of the multidisciplinary team.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
- Valid NYS Driver's license.
- Experience with EMR Data Entry and Microsoft Office; familiarity with OASAS and LOCADTR systems.
