Humana's Primary Care Organization provides senior-focused, value-based care through the CenterWell and Conviva brands. CenterWell Senior Primary Care is looking for a Variable Staffing Pool (VSP) Physician to provide outpatient primary care coverage for senior patients in Anderson, SC. This is an onsite role that reports to the Associate Medical Director and offers a flexible schedule averaging fewer than 19 hours per week.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for senior patients.
• Manage chronic and complex medical conditions.
• Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary care team members.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Support preventive care programs and positive patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Active, unrestricted South Carolina medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Current DEA license or ability to obtain.
• Ability to work a variable schedule averaging fewer than 19 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Experience caring for senior populations.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage, value-based care, or risk adjustment documentation.

Pay Range: $310,000 - $368,500 per year
