Senior Manager, Corporate Development

The Role In this role, you will lead the development and execution of integrated growth plans and investment cases for corporate strategic initiatives. You will play a central role in Moderna’s annual long‑range planning, owning and evolving the enterprise value model and driving associated analytics, including the use of advanced tools and AI to enhance workflows, insight generation, and decision‑making. The position sits at the center of enterprise decision‑making, partnering closely with R&D, commercial, finance, and BD teams to ensure a consistent view of value, risk, and resource allocation. You will synthesize complex inputs into clear, decision‑oriented insights for senior leadership and the Board of Directors. The successful candidate will operate in a business‑critical function, leveraging life sciences expertise, strong financial modeling capabilities, and sound judgment to evaluate strategic alternatives and inform capital allocation decisions. This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An individual’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, other incentive compensation, or equity award, subject to company plan eligibility criteria and individual performance.
