Job Description

Responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service in accordance with the U.S. Bank customer service expectations. Works a specified schedule (less than 20 hours per week) during peak business times in a branch. Responsible for handling routine financial transactions (deposits withdrawals advances payment etc.) while ensuring a positive interaction with customers/non-customers. Follows established policies and procedures while processing transactions in an effort to mitigate risk

Required Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent
-More than one year of business-related experience to include customer service and basic math

-Demonstrates a proven commitment to provide excellent customer service and models skills consistent with U.S. Bank Core Values
-Willingness to gain knowledge of U.S. Bancorp products
-Basic math and computer skills required
-Must be available to work a reduced schedule during peak business hours
-Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
-May be required to stand for extended periods of time
-May be required to lift bags/boxes of coin weighing up to 50 lbs.

Location Expectation:

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location for all scheduled work days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location which is listed first. Pay Range: $20.34 - 24.86
