A Shift Manager leads crew and other managers during a shift to maintain excellent quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform various tasks: planning each shift, monitoring performance, maintaining McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager for succession.
