TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

Duties
Designs, develops, and manages the complete lifecycle of complex joint and coalition exercises (including CPXs, FTXs, and TTXs) to stress-test organizational readiness within the Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Chairs Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) and working groups, leading detailed mission analysis, Course of Action (COA) development, and rigorous wargaming to validate plans against potential adversary tactics.
Authors, reviews, and refines complex OPLANs, CONPLANs, and CONOPs to ensure the seamless integration of joint, interagency, and multinational capabilities with strategic-level directives.
Serves as a senior advisor to the Plans and Programs Division Chief and Technical Director, who senior officials, and represents the organization with delegated authority in high-level joint and interagency global planning forums.
Identifies critical operational capability shortfalls and leverages After-Action Reports (AARs) to provide data-driven recommendations that drive the validation and sourcing of new materiel and non-materiel solutions.
