Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Day Shift

Location: Colville, WA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Day shift from 07:00 to 19:00, working a 3x12 hour schedule. Weekends are required every other week.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will float between units and may be asked to work at nearby facilities. Responsibilities will include providing respiratory care and services to patients across all age groups.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapies and treatments as per patient needs.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop effective respiratory treatment plans.
• Perform arterial punctures, assist in high-risk deliveries, and monitor ventilators and related equipment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding respiratory health and treatments.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active Washington State license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS are required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a critical care or acute care setting preferred.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
