Pediatric Dental Treatment Coordinator

What You'll Do

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner
• Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
• Handle insurance verification, billing, and collections
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of dental front office or receptionist experience
• Strong knowledge of dental scheduling software and insurance processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• A positive, team-first attitude with a genuine passion for patient care

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $35,000 - $43,000 per year, based on experience
