As a Certified Nursing Assistant Lead with Visiting Angels Snoqualmie Valley / Maple Valley, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to seniors in their homes. Our locally-owned and operated agency is dedicated to delivering personalized, non-medical home care to seniors throughout the area. With a passion for supporting the elderly, our Caregivers have helped thousands of older adults live happily and safely in the comfort of home while providing their families with peace of mind.
Responsibilities:
- Lead by example: As a Certified Nursing Assistant Lead, you will provide exceptional care to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Train and mentor: You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring our Caregivers to ensure they are equipped to provide the highest level of care to our clients.
- Supervise: You will supervise Caregivers during client visits, providing constructive feedback and addressing any concerns that may arise.
- Document: You will accurately document client care and any issues that may arise, ensuring that our clients' files are up-to-date and complete.
- Collaborate: You will work closely with our Care Coordinators, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and continuous care.
