HOMECARE RN WESTERN CT HOMECARE

Must have Strong clinical, interpersonal, and follow-through skills.

Home care experience preferred, but not required – will train a well-rounded, experienced PT.

Responsibilities:

Assessment of physical, emotional, socio-economic needs and environmental needs of patients and their families.

Provides services ordered by the physician as indicated in the plan of care.
