Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | 12-Hour Variable Shifts | Rotating Schedule | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical unit, delivering safe and effective nursing interventions
• Work rotating 12-hour variable shifts, including every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Float to additional affiliated facilities as needed; floating may be prescheduled in advance
• Be available for on-call assignment during low census periods, with applicable on-call pay
• Adhere to all facility infection control and vaccination policies, including masking requirements during flu season when applicable

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) License
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• Willingness to float to multiple affiliated facilities within the region
• Must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a multi-site or float pool nursing environment
• Familiarity with low census protocols and on-call expectations in a hospital setting
