Marketing Coordinator

Engel & Völkers Gulf Shores | Hybrid onsite at the Wharf/Remote Engel & Völkers Gulf Shores, sister company of Harris Vacations, is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing needs of our growing real estate shop and its advisors. This is a hands-on, fast-pace role for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable moving between social media, email marketing, website content, graphic design, advisor support, events, and day-to-day marketing coordination. This position works closely with the Marketing Manager to maintain a consistent Engel & Völkers brand presence, execute shop-wide marketing initiatives, and support our real estate advisors. The ideal candidate can balance creative projects with the behind-the-scenes details that keep a marketing department running smoothly. Priorities can shift quickly, so adaptability, organization, follow-through, and the ability to work independently are essential. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content Creation Email & Digital Marketing Website & Blog Management Property & Listing Marketing Advisor Marketing Support New Advisor Marketing Onboarding Graphic Design & Marketing Collateral Shop Events & Marketing Coordination Brand Management & Vendor Coordination Responsibilities include managing shop social media and content calendars; creating weekly and monthly email campaigns; maintaining website content, blogs, and Top 10 property lists; developing advisor marketing materials within Engel & Völkers brand standards; assisting with listing presentations; onboarding new advisors into marketing platforms and systems; supporting company events; coordinating with vendors; and communicating marketing resources, updates, and training opportunities to advisors. Qualifications The ideal candidate is creative yet highly organized, comfortable working independently, and able to manage multiple projects, personalities, and deadlines simultaneously. Strong candidates will have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through Graphic design and social media experience The ability to learn new technology and marketing platforms quickly Confidence managing multiple projects in a fast-pace environment A willingness to take initiative, solve problems, and bring new ideas to the table The ability to receive direction and feedback while becoming increasingly independent in the role A collaborative, professional approach when working with advisors, leadership, vendors, and team members Real estate experience is a plus but not necessary #J-18808-Ljbffr
