Salary: $60K to $70K

Roles And Responsibilities

• Learn how to identify and engage with potential clients through emails, LinkedIn, events, and other channels.
• Schedule product demos and initial meetings with prospects to understand their business needs.
• Work with senior team members to qualify leads and support the transition to the Business Development or Sales team.
• Keep track of leads and activities in CRM tools like Salesforce; update notes, schedule follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.
• Research target companies online to understand their structure, business model, and possible challenges we can help solve.
• Personalize your messages and communication based on the target contact's role and organization.
• Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and sales teams on campaigns, webinars, and events to generate new leads.
• Maintain a clean and organized pipeline of prospects and support reporting efforts by preparing basic dashboards and reports.
• Participate in internal team meetings and training sessions to build your understanding of our product (nCino Cloud Banking Platform), the industry, and our sales processes.

Qualification & Experience

Post Graduates (any discipline) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Eagerness to learn about Salesforce Domain

Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and stay organized.

Comfortable speaking with new people and building professional relationships.

Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to grow within a fast-paced environment.
