As Sr. Product Manager I, you’ll serve in a hybrid role that combines product management, IT program management, and stakeholder relationship management. You'll partner with the Product Owner and government stakeholders to help define product direction, prioritize requirements and tradeoffs, guide the product roadmap, and drive adoption across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) by building strong client relationships and promoting the product to both data producers and consumers.We know that you can’t have great technology services without amazing people. Value for our customers.If you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!What you’ll do:Guide and manage the lifecycle of new technology products or feature enhancements.Develop product concepts and designs to facilitate market needs and user requirements.Conduct research and develop a good understanding of the customer's needs, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors.Develop requirements documents, functional specifications, and mock-ups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts.Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and integration of products and introducing products to the market.COMPETENCIES/SKILLS: Product Management Lifecycle (PMLC)Functional SpecificationMarket Integration TestingProduct Roadmap ManagementNew Product DevelopmentProduct DemonstrationSoftware Requirements SpecificationWhat you’ll need to succeed:Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph5+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or a related technical leadership roleExperience partnering with Product Owners and government stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize requirements, and manage product roadmapsAbility to evaluate business and technical tradeoffs and provide recommendations that align with mission objectivesStrong stakeholder relationship management experience, including engaging with executive leadership and cross-functional teamsExperience driving product adoption, user engagement, and change management across large organizationsStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiencesExperience working in Agile environments supporting software or data-driven productsAbility to collaborate with engineering, development, and government teams to deliver mission-focused capabilitiesExperience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) customers preferredSALARY RANGE: $184,000 - $221,000The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
