In this role, you will partner with colleagues across the organization to coordinate logistics, engage students and educators and deliver high-quality learning experiences nationwide. To succeed as the Student Programs Coordinator, you should have: Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to effectively work with educators, students, community partners, and diverse audiences. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Confident presenter and professional representative, with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and events. Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative approach to working across teams and achieving program goals. Experience supporting programs, events, outreach, customer engagement, education, nonprofit, military, or other mission-driven initiatives preferred; willingness to travel approximately 30% and work occasional evenings and weekends as needed. Your responsibilities as the Student Programs Coordinator will include: Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, educators, community organizations, and external stakeholders to support program engagement and success. Coordinate and support the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of student programs, workshops, events, and outreach initiatives. Serve as a primary point of contact for participants and partners, providing clear communication, follow-up, and guidance on program opportunities and expectations. Manage program and event logistics, including scheduling, participant communications, materials preparation, on-site support, and post-event follow-up activities. Represent the organization at meetings, presentations, conferences, and community events while supporting recruitment, stakeholder engagement, and program growth efforts.
