You’ll be the face of the property—managing day-to-day leasing activities, creating a warm and professional experience for every prospect and resident.This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and knows how to close with confidence.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and manage prospect pipelineConduct engaging property tours that highlight community benefitsExecute the full leasing process from application to signed leaseBuild strong relationships with residents and support retention effortsEnsure timely rent collections and resolve delinquencies professionallySupport marketing initiatives to boost traffic and visibilityMaintain high standards for curb appeal and model unitsAssist with move-ins, renewals, and day-to-day property operationsHandle lease paperwork, compliance, and reporting with accuracyCollaborate with the Community Manager and maintenance teamsRepresent the Ambo brand with professionalism and prideWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED (required)1+ year of experience in multifamily or commercial leasing and Bilingual (required)Results-oriented, personable, and highly organizedStrong communicator with a natural ability to connect with othersComfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi, RealPage, or Remote Landlord a plusKnowledge of Fair Housing Laws and leasing regulationsPhysical RequirementsAbility to walk properties and tour unitsCapable of lifting up to 25 lbs.Must be able to bend, kneel, climb stairs, and be on your feet throughout the dayCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay + commission per lease signedHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off + sick leaveRapid internal promotion opportunitiesNO Weekends!A fun, energetic, and team-first culture that values your voice
