Marketing Analyst

I am currently seeking a skilled digital advertising professional for an established, highly stable leader in the financial protection and insurance industry. This role is based out of their corporate hub in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, and offers a modern hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days of remote flexibility. In this position, you will be the driving force behind lead generation and customer acquisition. You will be responsible for the end to end management of paid search initiatives and multi channel digital campaigns. This includes everything from initial keyword research and campaign launching to sophisticated optimization and performance reporting. Core Responsibilities Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft platforms. Oversee diverse digital channels including YouTube, Display, and Performance Max to meet growth targets. Conduct deep keyword analysis to capture high intent traffic and expand market reach. Collaborate with creative teams to improve landing page conversion rates and user experience. Execute A/B testing for ad copy, creative assets, and audience segmentation. Monitor daily budgets and performance trends to ensure maximum return on investment. Build and maintain tracking systems, including conversion events and pixel integrations. Develop comprehensive performance dashboards for executive leadership. Stay ahead of industry shifts and platform updates to keep the brand competitive. Candidate Requirements A Bachelors degree is required, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, or a related analytical field. At least two years of professional experience in search engine marketing. Technical proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn raw data into actionable business strategies. Proven experience with conversion tracking and attribution modeling.
