Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues
• Perform maintenance and system inspections
• Clearly explain findings and recommendations to homeowners
• Provide customers with repair and replacement options when appropriate
• Assist customers with selecting the right equipment when a new system is needed
• Complete accurate estimates and job documentation
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and vehicle
• Deliver an excellent customer experience on every call
• Follow company procedures for service, installation, and customer communication
• Work closely with the office and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• EPA certification
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your time
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
• Comfortable discussing equipment replacement when it is the appropriate solution
