Welder/Fabricator

We are seeking skilled individuals with experience in welding, fabrication, blueprint reading, and metalworking who are looking for long-term career opportunities within growing manufacturing environments. Responsibilities Perform MIG, Flux Core, TIG, or Stick welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and shop drawings Fabricate, fit, and assemble parts according to specifications Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, saws, cutting torches, and other power tools Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy Perform structural, production, or manufacturing welding as required Follow all safety and quality procedures Qualifications Previous welding or fabrication experience required Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Experience with MIG welding preferred Experience working in manufacturing, fabrication, industrial, or production environments Ability to pass a weld test if required Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to pass a weld test if required Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Panama City, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
