We are currently looking to fill 2 full-time day shift positions.

Position Highlights:

• Take charge of effective administration during your assigned shift.

• Lead and mentor a team of skilled nurses and nursing assistants.

• Assess and evaluate nursing service needs for optimal patient care.

• Collaborate closely with the nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Qualifications:

• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). BSN preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of experience.

• Supervisor experience of 2 years (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and evaluate the performance of nursing staff and nursing assistants.

• Perform staff nurse duties when required.

• Plan and administer nursing services for the designated unit.

• Ensure safety measures and disaster protocols are known and practiced.

• Manage supplies and equipment efficiently.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and care plan initiation.

• Reassess patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
