Step into a rewarding position supporting students from PreK through 12th grade as a Speech-Language Pathologist on a 10-week contract assignment. This opportunity focuses on providing vital leave coverage, beginning September 1 and extending through approximately November 6. With a manageable caseload of around 40 students, you'll work a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, making a meaningful difference in a school environment near Kiel, WI.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in Wisconsin
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload of PreK–12 students
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to students
• Conduct evaluations, create treatment plans, and develop individualized goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success
• Document progress, complete necessary reports, and maintain compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions regarding student progress
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions catering to students’ unique needs
