Regional Sales Assistant (CSR)

Regional Sales Assistant (CSR) Location: Denver, CO Type: Contract Compensation: $26.00 - $27.00 Work Model: Onsite Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM Responsibilities Provide a wide variety of administrative and clerical support to regional sales personnel. Assist with sales orders, sales reporting, load planning, and office supplies management. Enter orders into SAP, invoice shipments, and resolve credit holds in collaboration with the sales team and credit department. Build and manage daily open orders spreadsheet, coordinate load mapping, and ensure timely delivery with drivers. Communicate with vendors and schedule carrier pickups as needed. Develop and analyze sales, accounts receivable, and expense reports; recommend improvements. Support full order and delivery processes, tracking invoices and maintaining customer information. Assist with fleet issues, freight quotes, vendor invoice processing, and expense tracking. Follow up on orders post-delivery to ensure complete and correct invoicing. Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate office facility activities. Handle incoming/outgoing mail, act as receptionist, and assist with travel arrangements. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and support organization of meetings and events. Communicate effectively with other regions regarding orders and shipments. Perform all other duties as instructed by the Region Manager. Requirements 3+ years of general office experience. Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required. Strong organization and interpersonal skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. Working knowledge of administrative policies and procedures. Proficiency with personal computers and software including MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple administrative duties in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new situations. At least 1 year experience with SAP preferred but not required. Proven ability to multi-task.
