Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Deliver individualized therapy sessions to clients across a diverse age range, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs. \n
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. \n
- Collaborate with a billing service for claims processing, handling client and insurance accounts receivable, benefit eligibility checks, and managing payment plans. \n
- Effectively schedule ongoing appointments with clients, managing an organized calendar that reflects availability and client needs. \n
- Adapt therapeutic approaches to effectively address a variety of clinical presentations, demonstrating clinical agility and competence. \n
Our client base consists of individuals and couples seeking mental health support, encompassing a wide range of challenges and diagnoses. This role will require a therapist who is comfortable working with diverse populations and is adept at fostering strong therapeutic alliances to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work, along with an active and independent LCSW license is required. \n
- Exceptional professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and self-motivation are essential attributes. \n
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to balance therapy sessions, documentation, and collaborative work. \n

- A minimum of 20-25 hours of availability per week with flexibility to accommodate evening appointments twice a week. \n
- Substantial training or demonstrated experience in working with couples is highly valued and will be prioritized in the selection process. \n
