Gretna, NE, United States Job Description Part‑time Brand Ambassador Deliver an outstanding shopping experience to every guest. Represent the company, its values, and product line (AEO and Aerie). Work the salesfloor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. Use the AEO Selling Model with a “friends first” mindset. Educate guests on product details and loyalty program. Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy. Assist teammates in any needed task. Qualifications & Requirements Passionate about retail and engaging with people. Energetic, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Available during evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop. Prior retail experience preferred. Minimum age 16 years.
