The Marketing Manager at Champions Funding and its affiliates is a creative and results-driven leader responsible for developing, executing, and managing the company’s marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, drive broker engagement, and support business growth. This role oversees branding, social media, graphic design, event coordination, and marketing campaigns while ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. The Marketing Manager partners closely with executive leadership, sales, business development, and operations to position Champions Funding and its affiliates as a leader in the wholesale Non-QM mortgage industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute the overall marketing strategy for Champions Funding and its affiliates, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
• Manage and enhance the brands of Champions Funding and its affiliates across digital, print, and marketing platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.
• Experience using CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot) to build, schedule, and send marketing emails and communications.
• Oversee the company’s social media presence by developing content calendars, creating engaging campaigns, monitoring performance, and increasing brand awareness.
• Coordinate and manage company-sponsored events, industry conferences, trade shows, broker appreciation events, and internal corporate events from planning through execution.
• Create, review, and manage marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, presentations, advertisements, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Design and oversee graphic design projects, ensuring all creative assets align with company branding and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to develop marketing initiatives that generate broker engagement, increase loan submissions, and support business growth.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, marketing agencies, printers, event partners, and promotional suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
• Monitor marketing performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign analytics, and reporting to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and projects are completed within budget.
• Research industry trends, competitor marketing strategies, and emerging digital marketing opportunities to keep Champions Funding and its affiliates competitive within the Non-QM mortgage market.

• Support executive leadership with special marketing projects, branding initiatives, internal communications, and other strategic business initiatives as needed.

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including leadership or management experience; experience within financial services or mortgage lending preferred.

• Experience managing branding, social media, event planning, graphic design, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, content creation, social media management, and marketing analytics.

• Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design platforms.

• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and multiple marketing projects simultaneously.

• Mortgage industry experience preferred but not required.

• Exceptional communication, creativity, organization, project management, and problem-solving skills.
