This role ensures passengers comply with carry-on regulations before entering the boarding area, while maintaining excellent customer service and operational efficiency. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Ability to remain calm and professional during high-volume passenger interactions. * Prior airport, airline, security, or customer service experience preferred. * Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy airport environment. * Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
