Travel RN - Cath Lab
Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) call approximately 10 to 12 days a month.
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Travel RN to join our Cath Lab team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various procedures and advanced skills essential for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform procedures such as TAVR, PFO, atherectomy, PCI, R/LHC, Impella/IABP implants, and DCCV.
- Utilize advanced equipment including GE Innova and Impella.
- Engage in self-scheduling and collaborate with unit staff including secretaries and techs.
- Maintain adherence to unit-specific policies and guidelines.
- Provide exceptional patient care and enhance patient experience.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Current RN license in good standing.
- ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
- Previous Cath Lab experience with skills in Structural Heart, IABP, Impella, IFR, FFR.
- Advanced skills in PCI and PFO required.
