Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Guided by a caring culture, teamwork, reliability, and integrity, you will play an important role in daily site operations while delivering responsive, people-first service.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards to help support a professional environment and help to deter unwanted behavior.
• Assist with security-related documentation, communication, and/or coordination with store personnel and local responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
