Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic kidney conditions including CKD, ESRD, and electrolyte imbalances. Providing dialysis oversight—hemodialysis and home dialysis—alongside a highly trained and motivated multidisciplinary team. Evaluating patients for transplant eligibility and coordinating with regional transplant centers. Collaborating with primary care and specialty physicians to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care. Participating in hospital rounding for nephrology consults as needed. Engaging in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the practice’s growth and development.
