Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced RN professionals for Labor & Delivery units to provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to mothers and newborns. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment dedicated to maternal and neonatal health.

Responsibilities:

Assess maternal and fetal conditions to develop appropriate care plans.
Administer medications and manage labor progression according to protocol.
Monitor vital signs and fetal heart rates to ensure patient safety.
Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
Collaborate with physicians, obstetricians, and healthcare team members to coordinate care.
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.

Qualifications:

Hold a valid RN license with active credentials.
Possess at least 2 years of experience in labor and delivery nursing.
Demonstrate strong clinical skills in fetal monitoring and obstetric emergency response.
Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Be proficient with electronic medical records and documentation.
Maintain current BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications.
