Responsibilities

• Flawlessly manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and collections.
• Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
• Work closely with customers, internal departments, and external partners to resolve any billing or payment issues.
• Successfully implement process improvements to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the accounts receivable function.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries and maintaining key financial records.
• Provide outstanding support for audits and compliance requirements.
• Maintain and update the standard operating procedures for all accounts receivable tasks.
• Lead and mentor a team, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated success in interacting effectively with various teams within the organization.
• Outstanding attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining punctual attendance.
• Strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and objectives.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• An associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience and a solid understanding of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Proficient in using accounting systems, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools.
• Knowledge of InforA+ ERP is a plus.
