Manuel Diaz Law Firm, PC is a multi-practice law firm dedicated to guiding and empowering our community through exceptional legal services. We are seeking an ambitious, dedicated, outgoing, and passionate Bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist to join our Reception team.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Receptionist will provide a broad spectrum of customer service under the supervision of the Receptionist Supervisor.

• Greet clients and guests
• Provide high level of customer service to all clients and guests
• Collect required information from guests for the visit
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Maintain and conduct contact lists of potential clients for follow-ups
• Ensure cleanliness of reception area
• Maintain Visitor Log
• Handle all front desk coordination with internal departments with client arrivals
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Perform additional clerical duties as needed
• Other duties may be assigned by the Receptionist Supervisor

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; Adobe Acrobat)
• Proficiency in English and Spanish both verbal and written
• Excellent secretarial and organizational skills
• Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
• Willingness to support and work in a team and exhibit a can-do attitude

Hourly Pay: $18/hour

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays

Work Location: In-Person Primary Office: MDLF Fort Worth Office – Downtown Additional Work Location (as needed): MDLF Fort Worth Office – Gran Plaza
