This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional repair quality, managing workflow, and maintaining strong customer and insurance partner relationships.If you're a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of collision repair operations and a passion for team success, we'd love to meet you.Key responsibilities include:Manage daily operations of the body shop, including staff scheduling, job flow, and quality controlProvide leadership and direction to technicians, estimators, and support staffEnsure repair work meets or exceeds industry standards for safety and qualityOversee estimates, supplement processing, parts ordering, and customer communicationMaintain compliance with OSHA and environmental regulationsBuild and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters and vendorsMonitor KPIs and implement improvements to drive profitability and efficiencyResolve customer concerns professionally and promptlyHire, train, and evaluate team membersQualifications include:5+ years of experience in a collision repair or auto body shop environment2+ years in a leadership or management roleStrong knowledge of collision repair practices, estimating software (CCC ONE preferred), and workflow managementExcellent communication and organizational skillsProven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentI-CAR or OEM certifications are a plusValid driver's license and clean driving recordWhat we offer includes:A positive, family-oriented work cultureOpportunity to grow with a reputable local businessCompetitive pay with performance incentivesHealth benefits, retirement plan, paid vacation, and holidaysState-of-the-art facility with modern equipment
