Maintenance Mechanic - Food ManufacturingFullerton, CA
Are you a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and keeping production running smoothly? We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join a growing food manufacturing company supporting high-volume production operations. This is a great career opportunity for Mechanic - MUST have experience with repairing and maintaining food production equipment .
What You'll Do- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment, conveyor systems, motors, pneumatic systems, and mechanical equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes to minimize downtime
- Support production teams by responding to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests
- Read and interpret diagrams, equipment manuals, and technical specifications
- Complete maintenance projects and work orders safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Partner with operators and production staff to improve equipment reliability and performance
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment ( food manufacturing )
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with pneumatic systems, motors, conveyors, and production equipment
- Ability to read technical diagrams and equipment manuals
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced production environment
