This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional experts while shaping the future of oral health through cutting-edge technology and product development to create high-impact solutions that directly address the evolving needs of dental professionals and patients worldwide. Responsibilities:Identify and lead new technology initiatives by developing an innovation pipeline for Professional Oral Care products that address the needs of dental professionals and patientsManage stability programs, ensuring timely testing and analysis (internal and external) to support documentation requirementsMaintain comprehensive R&D documentation to ensure high-quality commercialization throughout the product lifecycle, including project timelines, formula databases, and registration documentsLead independent projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals and influence beyond your immediate networkInterpret and communicate experimental results effectively to both technical and non-technical business partnersEnsure rigorous safety and regulatory compliance throughout the entire product development lifecycleMonitor industry trends and competitor developments to maintain a competitive edgeRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields 3+ years of experience developing and/or implementing consumer productsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in process development and scaling from laboratory to manufacturing environmentsProficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to collaborate in team-oriented, cross-functional settingsProven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneouslyCompensation and BenefitsSalary Range $86,000.00 - $121,000.00 USDPay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
