HR Generalist – Manufacturing

Location: Hialeah, FL

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite

We are seeking a motivated and people-focused HR Generalist to join our growing manufacturing team in Hialeah. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants exposure to the full employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

As the HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations and partnering with leadership across the organization. Responsibilities include:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and professional positions
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and employee offboarding processes
• Process and support payroll administration accurately and on time
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters and HR guidance
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Assist with benefits administration and employee communications
• Partner with managers to support staffing, retention, and workforce planning needs
• Help foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented workplace culture
• Support HR projects and process improvements as the company continues to grow

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of HR experience in a generalist or similar HR role
• Experience with payroll processing preferred
• Recruiting and employee relations experience required
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
