Marketing and Events Manager

Overview We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Events Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive, and can work independently while managing multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in tradeshow and webinar coordination, email marketing, social media support, and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot. Experience in a start-up or cyber is a plus. Key Responsibilities Working with the RunSafe marketing team managing all aspects of tradeshows and industry events, including planning/coordinating logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional materials. Managing, organizing, and executing webinars, handling speaker coordination, attendee registration, follow-ups, and reporting. Project & Marketing Automation Support Manage campaigns and projects in Monday.com to track, manage, and oversee marketing tasks, deadlines, and deliverables. Assist with HubSpot management, including CRM updates, campaign tracking, and workflow automation. Maintain marketing calendars to keep teams aligned. Prepare monthly marketing performance reports for leadership. Support email marketing campaigns, including email building, list segmentation workflows, and performance tracking. Assist with social media management, including content scheduling, engagement, and analytics (as needed). Assist in managing and organizing key marketing initiatives. Proofread and edit content for consistency and accuracy. Support lead generation efforts by managing forms, landing pages, and gated content in HubSpot. Assist with lead nurturing campaigns, including email sequences and follow-ups. Monitor and analyze marketing analytics to track lead engagement. Assist in managing relationships with media partners for advertising and sponsorship opportunities as needed. Assist in coordinating co-marketing efforts with partners. Assist in maintaining and updating sales decks, presentations, and proposals. Ensure that sales teams have access to the latest marketing collateral. Help organize customer testimonials and case studies. Work closely with the sales team and BDR to manage programs and campaigns, training them on marketing initiatives and tools. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role. 5+ years of experience planning and executing tradeshows and webinars. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience with tradeshow and webinar logistics and execution. Experience in HubSpot Proficiency in Monday.com (or similar project management tools). Experience in email marketing, social media, and content coordination. Detail-oriented and able to work independently and with a team with minimal supervision. Cybersecurity industry experience is a plus.
