Who You Are You will serve as a Lockheed Martin Global Supply Chain, Program Management, Subcontract Manager. What You Will Be Doing This position is for a Program Management / Subcontract Manager in the Integrated Systems & Partnership Supply Chain organization, overseeing and managing F‑35 Major Systems & Equipment Subcontractor accounts. Your responsibilities include: Managing subordinate teams overseeing subcontractors or critical subcontracted systems for all contract types and programs Directing and managing all costs, quality, schedule, financial and technical performance requirements to ensure performance and support of contract milestones Developing sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans addressing overall program capture needs and execution Acting as the primary focal point for subcontractors and program management office Handling all phases of the subcontract from initiation of the business case through requests for proposals, subcontract management plans, negotiation strategy, cost accountability, and program execution Making decisions affecting subcontractor performance, establishing milestone objectives, and managing performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications Leading a team typically composed of engineers, quality, and procurement staff Desired Skills Strategic thinker regarding the procurement process and the F‑35 program to identify and mitigate risks Experience in Major Systems & Equipment subcontract management Experience in Proposal and Capture activities Knowledge of FAR/DFARs and DoD procurement policies and practices Professional communicator and team leader, building relationships with supplier leaders, LM Aero counterparts, and customer personnel Advanced project management experience for executing complex project planning Ability to create solutions for complex procurement challenges and present those solutions to senior management and customers Further Information About This Opportunity Location: Fort Worth, TX Security: Requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance after hire Facilities: AeroSCM Work Arrangements Onsite Full‑time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lockheed Martin
