Job Duties:


Must have experience in drawing blood. Conducts train-the-trainer workshops that coordinate TB Control Staff participation at community events, serves as the TB Education focus point for new employee orientation. Conduct targeted testing outreach and supports the delivery of DOT and VDOT service to TB patients. Will travel to the patient's home to provide TB treatment or, if needed, transport patients to clinic appointments using a city vehicle.


Requirements:


Must have a valid Texas Driver's License and comply with AP 2-2 policy.


Requires a Bachelor's degree in Education, Behavioral Science, or a closely related field such as Public Health .EXPERIENCE: Two years of experience in Public Health, Education or a closely related field are required .A Master's degree in Education, Behavioral Science, or closely related field such as Public Health may be substituted for the above requirements .Directly related professional experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
