Senior Manager, ME JJOS Deployment

Senior Manager, MAKE Excellence JJOS Deployment Responsibilities Deploy and implement the J&J Operating System (JJOS) and lead Lean Six Sigma capability building and business improvement across Supply Chain. Deploy JJOS Business Process Standards across MedTech and Innovative Medicines; drive sustainable value (Cost, Cash & Service) with PLAN/SOURCE/DELIVER and integrate innovative technologies. Lead JJOS interventions (diagnostics, workshops, kaizen) and JJOS delivery (Design/Plan/Execute) to build local team capabilities. Follow up value generation; mentor site JJOS leads and plant managers to capture operational/financial impact. Use the JJOS playbook (Diagnose/Confirm/Design/Plan/Implement/Sustain), ensure standardized process adherence and milestone quality. Ensure adoption of validated new tools; manage workstreams with phase reports (diagnostics, design packs, TIPs), analysis, quality standards, metrics tracking, continuous improvement, and integration into local programs. Deliver/maintain Lean & Six Sigma training; coach/develop Black Belts and project leaders to certification standard. Qualifications Minimum 8 years Supply Chain experience (Plan, Make, or Deliver) with cross-functional exposure. At least 7 years in process improvement role facilitating teams and running large-scale projects; Black Belt-level improvement delivery track record.
