Montecito Heights Healthcare & Wellness Centre is seeking a Medicare MDS Coordinator to lead the MDS resident assessment process under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services. You will coordinate the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to complete MDS assessments in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
