Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital in South Los Angeles seeks an RN Care Manager for our Emergency Room to coordinate patient care from arrival through safe discharge. You will perform thorough assessments, develop care plans, educate patients and families, advocate for health equity, and connect individuals with community resources.
